Michael Aston Keystone, Berkeley 1985 It was the group's first US tour and the stage lighting was what you might optimistically call "moody" but in reality it was mostly pitch black. As I wasn't using a flash, I was really surprised that anything came out. In the end, I printed up half a dozen shots I thought were good and sent them to an address in England - and never heard a word. Years later two of those pictures were used on GLJ's best of collection, From The Mouth's Of Babes. There was no photo credit and no money, but I was terribly (naively?) flattered. And Michael gave me a free copy of the CD! |
